We encourage all Conference delegates to make their flight arrangements as early as possible. McCarran International Airport (LAS) services Las Vegas.

Car Rentals
McCarran Rent-A-Car Center shuttles depart approximately every five minutes to the new McCarran Rent-A-Car Center. Exit door 10 or 11. For information about the McCarran Rent-A-Car Center, call 702-261-6001.
Valet and self-parking are complimentary at the Rio All-Suites Hotel.
Taxi Cabs
Taxicabs are available on the east side of baggage claim, outside door exits 1-4. Airport personnel are available on the taxi curb to assist passengers. Please note: Most taxis will not accept credit card payments. There is a $1.80 charge on all fares originating at the airport. The maximum number of passengers allowed in any taxi is five (5), including infants and children.
Shuttle/Limousine
Various shuttle/limousine services are available at McCarran, and are located on the west side of baggage claim, outside door exits 7-13. Please note that there are both group shuttle and "for-hire" stretch limousine services.
