Additional Benefits for Returning 2009 Sponsors
- Gold and higher level sponsors from 2009 receive one additional exhibit booth at no charge, if returning at the same sponsor level or higher
- Bronze and Silver sponsors from 2009 receive one additional exhibit booth at no charge, if sponsorship level is upgraded in 2010
Discretionary Money
Discretionary Money is the amount of money allocated out of your sponsorship that can be applied to the cost of a sponsored event, sponsored item, additional registrations, additional exhibit booths or an upgraded ad in the final program.
Discretionary Money may not be:
- Reimbursed
- Deducted from your sponsorship level total
- Used to reduce the price of the published rates for registrations, exhibit booths or ads
- Applied to a sponsorship the following year
- Transferred to another sponsor/exhibitor
Sponsors may choose to enhance their visibility by selecting up to two of the opportunities below. Eligibility is determined by the sponsorship level. The cost of the selected item(s) will be added to your invoice, along with the cost of additional registrations or booths or upgraded ad you may request. Then, the Discretionary Money will be deducted from the sum of those item(s).
