Clean Cities Coordinators: Please click here if you are a designated Clean Cities Coordinator and wish to register for AF&V 2010.

Notes:

• Registration information and payment must be received by the deadline listed to receive discounted pricing. If information and payment are received after the deadline the next tier of pricing will automatically apply.
  
• Fleet professionals qualify for the “Fleet Manager” registration rate if they are the principal owner, co-owner or operator of a fleet of 10 or more vehicles. Should a company have fleets at various locations, each of 10 or more vehicles, and different employees are the principal decision-makers, each may use the Fleet Manager registration rate.
  
• The Exhibitor Full Conference registration is for employees of companies who are exhibiting and want to attend the entire Conference.
  
• The Exhibit Staff Expo Only registration is reserved exclusively for booth staff who are employees of the exhibiting company. This pass only allows access to the Expo Hall and any evening mixers or receptions. Expo Only registrants do not have access to Conference sessions, meals, or any other events that are not held within the Expo Hall or during Tuesday’s Expo Only hours (with the exception of evening receptions/mixers).
  
• An attendee may purchase a One-Day Conference Registration. This registration will be good for all Conference events for the given day, including any reception or meal functions that may be scheduled.
  
• AFVi reserves the right to determine the industry-related applicability of attendees to ensure their involvement in advancing the sales and use of alternative fuels, vehicles, and/or advanced vehicle technologies.
