- Registration information and payment must be received by the deadline listed in order to receive discounted pricing. If information and payment are received after the deadline the next tier of pricing will automatically apply.
- Only designated U.S. Department of Energy Clean Cities Coordinators may attend at the Coordinator rate.
- An attendee may purchase a One-Day Conference Registration. This registration will be good for all Conference events for the given day, including any reception or meal functions that may be scheduled.
- AFVi reserves the right to determine the industry-related applicability of attendees to ensure their involvement in advancing the sales and use of alternative fuels, vehicles, and/or advanced vehicle technologies.
