Video/Audio Recording Code of Conduct

Full video/audio capture of AF&V Conference sessions is strictly prohibited without express written permission from both the session presenter(s) and AFVi. An AFVi press credential is required for any video/audio recording. Those holding official AFVi-issued press credentials may capture footage for media coverage purposes only. Video/audio capture of AFVi sessions may not be used for marketing, advertising or commercial purposes without express written permission from both the session presenter(s) and AFVi. Online sharing of video/audio recordings may not exceed five minutes in length for any given speaker.
