Additional Benefits for AF&V 2010
Exhibitors
All first booth purchases will include BOTH one Full Conference registration and one Exhibit Staff Expo Only registration. These two registrations are currently priced at $799 and $299, respectively – a savings of over $1,000! Plus, this year the Exhibit Staff Expo Only registration includes access to any Conference receptions that may be scheduled.
If you purchase more than one booth, one additional Expo Only registration will be included with your purchase, for a total of one Full Conference and two Exhibit Staff Expo Only registrations.
FIRST TIME MEDIUM- AND HEAVY-DUTY EXHIBITOR OPTION If you have never exhibited at the AF&V Conference, now is your chance to get in on the action and save a lot of money. First time Medium- and Heavy-Duty Exhibitors have an opportunity to be part of a new outdoor display on Tuesday, May 11, from 11:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. and the scheduled Ride-n-Drive. Here’s how it works: The fee is $5,000 for up to 2,000 square feet of space. A one-day complimentary registration is included for Tuesday only. The outdoor display must be staffed by your team and participation in the ride-along is optional. Medium- and Heavy-Duty Exhibitors who have a vehicle on display inside the Expo Hall will be offered 2,000 square feet of complimentary space outdoors. |
